The enquiry is ours. The customer is yours.

You quote and cater. We generate enquiries and earn 15% after the job is completed.

One straightforward partnership

  1. Check city availability

Book an introduction call with James Ranks. We discuss your city, catering specialties, service area and capacity. One partner per city means availability must be confirmed before we start.

  2. Agree the working details

Confirm the 15% rate, city coverage, lead routing and read-only CRM access. Record attribution rules, repeat bookings, cancellation handling and ending the partnership in a short written agreement. No long-term commitment does not mean no written terms.

  3. Receive catering enquiries by email

We manage the lead-generation work. Enquiries arrive in your inbox with the contact and event details supplied by the customer. You confirm availability, prepare your own quote and communicate directly with them.

  4. Complete the job, then pay the commission

Use your existing CRM to record booking status and the invoice. Read-only access allows verification of the referred work. The 15% commission becomes payable after the catering job is completed.

The price, in full

Complete a $1,000 catering job we referred. Pay us $150. The remaining $850 is revenue before your costs, not profit.

No setup fee. No monthly retainer. No separate ad spend billed to you. No commission on enquiries that do not become completed jobs.

What each side handles

We handle lead generation

We manage the lead sources, route enquiries and reconcile the jobs we referred. You do not buy lead credits or manage our marketing assets.

You handle catering

You qualify the enquiry, quote, contract with the customer, deliver the event and collect payment. You control your menu and pricing and remain responsible for licensing, insurance, staffing, food safety and customer commitments.

We agree the edge cases together

Repeat customers, pre-existing customers, cancellation deposits, invoice adjustments and work booked before a partnership ends need clear attribution rules. These details must be settled before launch rather than guessed after the event.

Access should be limited

Use a separate read-only CRM account or a restricted view of referred records where supported. Do not email passwords, provide administrator access or expose unrelated customer records unnecessarily. Access should be removed when no longer needed.

What we do not guarantee

There is no guaranteed lead volume, launch date for first enquiries, booking rate or revenue. Your market, availability and sales process all affect outcomes.
