Pricing

No booking. No commission.

Paying for exposure and paying for completed work are different things. Our fee depends on a referred enquiry becoming a completed catering job, not on clicks or a listing.

This works differently. We generate the enquiry, you quote it and win it, and we invoice 15% once the event is completed. If nothing books, you owe nothing.

How it works

Four steps from first call to first invoice. Nothing to install and nothing to manage.

  1. We confirm your city is open

We work with one catering company per city. On the call we check whether your market is still available and what kind of work you actually want, whether that is weddings, corporate accounts, or both.

  2. We build and rank the lead source

We create and run the web properties, listings and ad assets that catch people searching for catering in your area. We carry that cost. You are not billed for it and you do not manage it.

  3. Enquiries go straight to your inbox

Enquiries reach your email inbox with the contact details and event information the customer provides. You follow up, quote and close them using your existing process.

  4. You pay 15% after the event

You give us read-only CRM access so we can see which enquiries turned into booked jobs. Once an event is complete, we invoice 15% of that job. Enquiries that never book cost you nothing.

Evidence

What our lead properties actually produce

Real numbers from our network of lead properties, taken straight from the tracking logs. Here is what our lead-generation work produced in August 2026.

Redacted call tracking log showing 17 total calls, 17 connected, 0 missed and an average duration of 1 minute 39 seconds for August 2026
Call log · Oklahoma City

17 calls, 17 connected, none missed

August 2026. Average call length of 1 minute 39 seconds. Some calls lasted more than five minutes, but duration alone does not establish sales intent or a booking. Caller and tracking numbers are permanently removed.

Redacted web form submission export showing six customer enquiries with the customer name, email, phone and message columns blacked out
Form enquiries · Canmore

6 web enquiries in one month

Every name, email address, phone number, home address and the enquiry message itself has been permanently blacked out in the image file. What is left is the date, the service requested and proof that six separate people submitted a real request.

Redacted web form submission export showing seven customer enquiries with customer contact and message columns blacked out
Form enquiries · Winnipeg

7 web enquiries in one month

Each row is a real person submitting a real request. Contact details and the message text are both permanently blacked out in the image; this is the same enquiry quality we build for every partner we work with.

How to read these. Counts come from our own call tracking and form logs for August 2026 across four lead properties in our network. Call totals count every tracked call, including repeat callers, and have not been converted into booked jobs or revenue.

On redaction. Customer names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and the enquiry message text are all removed from the image files themselves. That is a permanent pixel change, not a CSS effect you could undo in a browser. The people who sent those enquiries never agreed to appear in marketing.

Questions caterers ask

How much do catering leads cost?

There is no cost per lead and no monthly fee. You pay 15% of the total invoice for catering jobs we generate, and only after the job has been completed. A $1,000 job means a $150 commission.

Are the leads exclusive to me?

Yes. We work with one catering company per city. If we send you enquiries in Austin, no other Austin caterer receives the same leads from us. That is the main reason we cannot take every caterer who applies.

Is there a minimum term?

There is no minimum term and no long-term commitment, so you can stop at any time. There is a short written agreement covering the 15% rate and your city exclusivity, because both sides need that in writing. Commission is still owed on jobs already booked from leads we sent before you stopped.

Why do you need access to my CRM?

Read-only access is how we see which enquiries became booked jobs, so you are not asked to fill in reports, forward invoices or self-report revenue. You are not giving us the ability to change anything, and we only look at the enquiries we sent you.

What counts as a job we generated?

A job booked by a customer who first contacted you through a lead we sent. If an existing client of yours happens to call the tracked number, that is not our lead and we do not bill for it. We agree the edge cases with you on the call before anything starts.

How quickly do leads start?

It depends on your city and how much is already ranking there. Some markets produce enquiries within weeks, others take longer to build. We will give you an honest read on your specific market on the call rather than a number we cannot stand behind.

What happens if a customer cancels the event?

If the job does not happen, there is no completed invoice, so there is no commission. If a client cancels and forfeits a deposit, tell us and we will agree the treatment case by case rather than billing automatically.

Check if your city is open

A 15 minute call. We will tell you whether your market is available, what kind of catering work it produces, and what we would build. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
